Whats the end goal?

My whole life I have had a passion for caring and learning about animals. I especially adore reptiles and had a pet tortoise for a few months. He ended up being sick when I got him but I was not able to find a veterinarian to treat him in time. He unfortunately passed away soon after we noticed his sickness. 

This unfortunate event inspired me even more to study animals and eventually become a vet myself so that I can treat exotic animals and save them the way I wished someone saved mine.
